Summary / Role Purpose

The SimAI platform is a SaaS AI-based technology that offers unprecedented speed, innovation, and accessibility to simulation. It leverages proprietary Deep Learning algorithms at the forefront of AI. With Ansys SimAI, users can train AI models using simulation results and reliably predict the performance of complex problems within minutes instead of hours or days. This enables faster decision-making, quicker iterations, and enhanced innovation.

The SimAI Product Specialist possesses a deep understanding of the SimAI product, focusing on deployment options such as private cloud and SaaS. They will collaborate closely with product experts and R&D teams to support enablement and deployment activities of SimAI.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in SimAI products and deployment technologies to serve as a project implementation/deployment specialist within the organization and for customers.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to develop a robust framework for building, testing, documenting, delivering, and deploying SimAI.
• Lead and coordinate deployment enablement activities, including infrastructure setup, training, troubleshooting, and support case escalation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to triage, track, and resolve field requests, and communicate findings with R&D and PM.
• Show enthusiasm for involvement and instill confidence in others.
• Build trust and respect among team members.
• Learn new tasks, adapt to change, establish priorities, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Minimum Education / Certification Requirements and Experience

• BS / MS in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with 10+ years of experience.
• Proven track record in delivering technical projects involving team coordination.
• Ability to manage complex field and customer engagements.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Strong technical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD pipelines, AWS, and other cloud technologies.
• Experience providing support for large-scale commercial software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with geographically distributed teams.
