The SimAI platform is a SaaS AI-based technology that brings speed, innovation and accessibility to simulation. It is based on proprietary Deep Learning algorithms and enables users to train AI models using simulation results and predict performance of complex problems in minutes. This helps users make faster decisions and accelerate innovation.

The SimAI Product Specialist has a deep understanding of how the SimAI product works, with a focus on its deployment options (private cloud and SaaS). The role collaborates with other product experts and Ansys Customer Excellence R&D across activities that impact enablement and deployment of SimAI.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of SimAI products and the deployment tech stack to be recognized as a SimAI project implementation / deployment expert within the organization and with customers.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to release a robust framework to build, test, document, deliver and deploy SimAI.
• Lead & coordinate deployment enablement activities for Ansys services teams such as infrastructure, training, troubleshooting, and support case escalation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to triage / track / resolve field requests, and communicate with R&D and PM.
• Display initiative and instill confidence in others; develop trust and respect within the team.
• Learn new tasks, adapt to change, establish priorities, and handle various tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

Minimum Education / Certification Requirements And Experience

• BS / MS in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field with 10+ years’ experience.
• Track record of delivering technical projects involving coordination between teams.
• Ability to manage complex field / customer engagements.

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

• Excellent technical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD pipelines, AWS platform and other cloud-related technologies.
• Experience delivering high-quality support for large-scale commercial software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a geographically distributed team.
