As a Lead Product Operations, you will play a critical role in elevating our product teams to the next level of maturity. You will leverage your extensive experience in product management, particularly in scaling up companies, to provide guidance, support, and best practices to our product teams. Your primary focus will be on transforming feature teams into empowered product teams capable of driving innovation and delivering impact through exceptional products and services.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  1. Product Management Guidance : Provide expert guidance and mentorship to our product leadership team and product teams on product management best practices, methodologies, and frameworks.
  2. Toolkit Development : Develop and deliver tailor-made toolkits, templates, and resources to support product teams in their transition to empowered product teams.
  3. Process Improvement : Lead high-impact projects to streamline and optimize product management processes across the organization, driving efficiency, effectiveness, and shortening time-to-market.
  4. User Proximity : Develop and maintain a framework for tracking, organizing, and centralizing user feedback and insights.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration : Foster collaboration and alignment between product teams and other key stakeholders, including engineering, design, security, go-to-market, and sales.
  6. Training and Development : Lead training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the product management capabilities of team members at all levels.
  7. Stay Updated : Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management, and incorporate relevant insights into our processes and strategies.

You could be our next team mate if you :

  1. Have 7+ years of experience in product management and/or product operations, with a focus on scaling up companies. Experience in consulting is a plus.
  2. Have a proven track record of success as a PM / LPM or Product Operations Manager, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  3. Possess a deep understanding of product management methodologies including AI for PMs.
  4. Have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams.
  5. Have excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
  6. Hold a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
