Responsabilités

• Définir la stratégie de mise sur le marché avec l'équipe produit.
• Collaborer avec la génération de leads pour la stratégie d'acquisition.
• Créer des campagnes marketing incluant des livres blancs et des webinaires.

MISSION:

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer , you will be in charge to:

• Define the go-to-market strategy hands in hands with the product team: time to market, launch schedule, value proposition, internal communication, commercial objectives, expected impact
• DevelopMarket & competitive intelligence to help the company better understand the market & position the product effectively
• Collaborate with the Lead Generation on customer acquisition strategy
• Create marketing campaigns including white papers, webinars, blogs, and internal sales enablement materials.
• Build Customer intelligence through personas building & segmentation
• I nfluence the product strategy & roadmap by deeply understanding the prospects, customers & users expectations
• Coordinate product launches with cross-functional teams
• Own & monitor launch metrics
• B uild your own team and processes

CURRENT PRODUCT TEAM : 2 Sr Product Manager and a head of design

YOUR PROFILE:

Experiences :

• You have at least 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Technical Marketing
• You've evolved into the SaaS industry
• You are able to evolve in a very challenging and international environment
• You have a strong interest for the world of DeFi and cryptocurrencies

Skills :

• Strong skills in presenting and articulating a technical solution
• Autonomy, proactivity and organization
• Rigorous, curious, fun and empathetic
• Very good oral and written communication skills (English mandatory, French and other languages are a plus)

TERMS:

Remuneration :

• Fixed: Between 100k and €180k (depending on profile and experience)
• Equity plan
