HSBC in Paris seeks a Trade Finance Product Manager to lead the Global Trade Solutions (GTS) product strategy in Europe. You will commercialize propositions, enhance existing products, and drive IT platform deployments across HBCE and regional branches.

You will coordinate cross-region delivery, evolve core trade financing tools, and ensure governance and risk controls align with business goals. Strong stakeholder and digital skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Trade Finance Solutions, focusing on Structured Trade Finance.
• Experience in product-related roles or collaboration on Trade Product initiatives.
• Curious mindset with a focus on efficiency, risk, and scalable solutions.
• Strong stakeholders management across frontline coverage, risk, governance, and commerciality.

Responsabilités

• Manage creation, development and governance of GTS Product suite with emphasis on Structured Finance solutions.
• Oversee marketing and product communication to enhance client and staff awareness.
• Improve existing systems and drive client engagement through digital initiatives.
• Lead development and implementation of product strategy across the region with focus on UX.
• Drive product profitability while managing risk-weighted assets.
