What you’ll do

We are looking for a Lead Product Managerto join the Financial team in the OS Domain.

As a Lead Product Manager, your mission will be to define and deliver Doctolib’s financial product strategy for French healthcare professionals. You will be managing several feature teams building our financial product suite.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead a team of product managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in their professional growth.
• Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for our financial products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to develop innovative solutions.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Drive the prioritization and roadmap planning, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the product management team.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align product strategies with overall business goals.

Who you are

• Have at least 7 years of experience in Product Management with experience managing several teams
• Background in Financial products a must : you have built financial products and understand market trends and best practices
• Base your strategic product decisions with a strong analytical mindset grounded on data
• Already developed/launched products in a large scale B2B environment, where you need to change the engine while it runs at full speed
• Always put the user in the center of your work and want to be close to them
• Speak English + German or French at least on a C1 level
• You master A/B testing and are familiar with marketplace analytical challenges.
• Think global/act local and are used to working in an international environment
• Are ambitious to transform healthcare with an entrepreneurial mindset
