Qualifications

• 2 ans d'expérience dans les fonctions de contrôle ou gestion de projets réglementaires.

Description du poste

You join the Regulatory Affairs Department team of the Natixis General Secretariat, whose mission is to steer the relationship with supervisors and support the various departments in implementing their expectations. In addition, the department runs a community of correspondents, in France and abroad, who coordinate relations with local supervisors.

On a daily basis, you are responsible for:

1. Coordinating, monitoring and leading the inspection missions carried out by the European Central Bank (ECB), as well as facilitating and coordinating the relationship with the ECB team in charge of the continuous supervision of Natixis;
2. Supporting and monitoring projects to implement the recommendations issued by supervisors;
3. Developing the monitoring and management system for relations with supervisors of Natixis' international locations, and other authorities overseeing our operations;
4. Representing all functions and expertise to the supervisor, taking a critical look at each expertise contribution to ensure quality and consistency, and participating in the development of the Regulatory Affairs Committee;
5. Producing the department’s reports, drawing on the contributions of international teams, for Senior Management.

Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience

With a higher education, you have at least 2 years of experience in control functions (internal audit, risk control, compliance, prudential control) or as a regulatory project manager. Ideally, your first experiences have already put you in touch with regulators or supervisors, in France or abroad.

You are familiar with:

1. The regulatory environment applicable to the activities of an investment and wealth management bank;
2. Project management;
3. Reporting tools and the office package.

You have excellent interpersonal skills and listening ability, and you are:

1. Able to federate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams around a common project, taking into account their constraints.
2. Comfortable working independently and as a team.
