Job Description:

Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions (LNRS) Group are market leaders in the broader Financial Crime Compliance and Payment solutions domain. It brings market leading brands to millions of decision makers worldwide helping financial institutions, payment processing organizations and large corporations prevent their financial systems from being used for unlawful and criminal purposes.

The market is witnessing rapidly changing customer needs, evolving regulatory requirements, and a key desire to adopt state-of-the-art features and latest enhancements in technology.

We are currently growing our Product Management Operations practice. This team is responsible for identifying opportunities for operational improvement within the Financial Crime and Compliance and payments domain (FCCP).

Responsibilities:

As a Lead Product Manager, Innovation /Product Ops, you will be responsible for the design of the required tooling and infrastructure for the Product Ops team and lead the coordination of multiple teams in funding the build. Identifying and/or leading the management team for ongoing support and maintenance of the delivery program will be required as well.

The main elements to be included within the infrastructure design will be:

  • Design, funding and build of an experimentation environment architecture, focussing on: internal, on-demand environments for working on customer data; an environment for co-creating with customers; a pre-sales demonstration environment with customer data; and the underlying platform of support.
  • Database/lake build and maintenance for storing customer data (PII scrubbed or otherwise), new data sets and existing data asset access controls, compliant with InfoSec and Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCoE).

In addition to the above, it is expected that the role supports the other members of the FCCP Innovation/Product Ops Team on Tooling build, covering the IdeaStore (management of innovation ideas and discovery topics), the Customer360 (single point for monitoring all customer data points) and the interfaces of all relevant tooling.

Profile

  • Degree educated with strong analytical skills, recognised as an innovative thinker.
  • Strong English communication skills, including presentations; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Self-starter, self-motivated and results-oriented, curious and keen to learn and develop new ideas, skills but able to work autonomously.
  • Effectively prioritise, identify, and analyse problems and propose solutions.
  • Collaborative, team player, and able to work in a flexible, hyper-agile context.
  • Experience in Banking, Insurance, FinTech or RegTech sectors is a plus.
