Join Our Growing Product Design Team

Our Product Design team is expanding to meet new challenges. Last year, it grew from 5 to 7 designers, enhancing our capacity to create innovative and tailored experiences for tomorrow's needs.

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer (F/H) to join this dynamic and expanding team.

To meet this challenge, we seek a Lead Product Designer (F/H) ready to join our passionate team of 7 Product Design experts. Working alongside PMs, DMs, developers, and testers, and supported by our industry experts and clients, you will be at the heart of transforming these essential professions.

Challenges you'll tackle:

• Align for Impact: Contribute to and ensure the relevance and consistency of design solutions, aligning them with RCA's strategic priorities to maximize their effectiveness and value.

• Master Complexity, Deliver Excellence: Our projects are cross-functional; your goal is to identify relevant levers of action internally and externally.

• Learn and Grow Together: Support PrDs in their skill development by providing structured and constructive feedback.

Salary between €45k and €50k gross annually + RCA benefits

Saint Herblain (Bus: line C3)

Hybrid work: 3 days remote + 2 days in-office

We seek a curious, passionate personality who enjoys simplifying complex things.

What do you need to impress us?

• Experience in product design (preferably B2B2B, but B2B is acceptable)

• Mastery in simplifying complex concepts

• Ability to adapt, work in a team, share, challenge, and grow

• Pragmatic with a user-centric vision focused on impact

• Proficiency in Figma

• Experience contributing to a Design System Library

• Familiarity with Product Culture
