Responsabilités

Description du poste

Expertise: Minimum 10 years of experience in oil and gas engineering, with proven project management and supervision skills.

MISSIONS:

The service holder will start from the FEED phase sanction, with the possibility to continue through the EPC phase until project completion and close-out.

They will lead process discipline activities during FEED preparation and execution, and will be deeply involved in FEED scope of work preparation until FEED sanction.

During FEED, the service holder will oversee the performance of the FEED CTR, ensuring timely and on-budget submission of FEED deliverables for their scope, and actively participate in EPC CFT preparation.

The role involves numerous interfaces with other disciplines and entities, including partners.

The service holder shall adhere to the Company Code of Conduct, Vision, Values, and Behaviors, supported by the Safe System of Working and accountability for safety.

This work must comply with project rules, guidelines, and procedures.

Strong expertise in Process discipline is required. The service holder shall:

• Lead process studies and design, ensuring compliance with project specifications during FEED and EPC phases.
• Define the reference framework for studies and identify the list of deliverables aligned with the estimation class.
• Participate in Value Engineering to optimize technical solutions before entering FEED or EPC phases.
• Ensure adequate inputs for LLI definitions and associated CFT.
• Ensure high-quality process deliverables for EPC CFT.
• Promote proven engineering solutions for safety, operation, and maintenance.
• Support innovative solutions for CAPEX and OPEX optimization.
• Participate in technical reviews, HAZID, HAZOP workshops, and ad hoc meetings.
• Review and approve process documents and deliverables from the FEED contractor promptly.
• Identify, monitor, and expedite interfaces with other packages that impact discipline work.
• Contribute to tendering processes and technical clarifications for their discipline.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Monitor, respond to, and expedite technical queries and deviations.
• Maintain close communication and reporting with FEED CPF Engineering Lead and CPF package representatives regarding progress, issues, or blocks.
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
• Create and develop industrial processes.
