round8 talent search is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to own and evolve a large-scale Kubernetes platform within a remote-first SaaS AdTech environment. You will design cloud infrastructure across providers, and drive automation and GitOps to enable fast, reliable software delivery.

You’ll partner with engineers to improve developer experience, security, and observability, reporting directly to the CTO in a small, high-impact team.

Qualifications

• Strong experience operating Kubernetes in production.
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure at scale.
• Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Experience with GitOps and deployment automation.
• Strong reliability, observability and security focus.
