MSIG Europe is seeking a Lead Application Manager to guide the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of the Sapiens IDIT platform and related insurance systems. You will collaborate with Product Owners, architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure security, scalability, and operational excellence.

The Lead Application Manager and Product Owner share accountability for the technical roadmap and business value realization, balancing business needs with sustainable technology and platform

Qualifications

• Experience with Sapiens IDIT or a comparable insurance platform.
• Strong background in application management, software delivery, or platform engineering.
• Experience managing application implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, DevOps, and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience working with external vendors and delivery partners.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical delivery of enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and platform rollouts.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, security, and operational resilience.
• Identify and manage technical dependencies, risks, and technical debt.
• Coordinate vendors and implementation partners to align with objectives and timelines.
• Support release planning, deployments, infrastructure changes, and production readiness.
