MRP-Global is seeking a Lead PHP & MuleSoft Developer to join a high-performing technology team in Bordeaux. The role involves on-site work three days a week, shaping software design, development and integration of business-critical applications.

Reporting to the IT Technical Lead, you will mentor developers, drive API-led connectivity, and promote best practices across engineering. Strong English and French communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and mentoring development and integration teams.
• Strong PHP development experience with Laravel and/or Symfony.
• Extensive REST API design and integration experience.
• Expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and DataWeave.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor developers and integration engineers.
• Design and develop scalable, secure applications using PHP frameworks.
• Build REST APIs and enterprise integration solutions.
• Lead MuleSoft integration efforts and ensure API-led connectivity.
• Promote engineering best practices and code quality through reviews.
• Support Agile teams, CI/CD, and DevOps processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
