Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Technical Lead for Offer Logic in the Power Products division. This full-time role delivers end-to-end technical expertise for the Product Selector & Product Configurator tool, guiding design, scripting, and governance across global teams to ensure scalable, high-quality offer logic aligned with business needs.

The role focuses on modeling, scripting, and standardizing procedures while reducing external dependencies and driving adoption of new selector

Qualifications

• Proven mastery of product selector design (KB) and modular configurations in SAP (VC).
• Strong hands-on developer profile with scripting and modeling for enterprise software.
• Working knowledge of PIM, SAP configuration, and publication platforms for selector deployment.

Responsibilities

• Translate marketing offer specs into precise technical specifications.
• Lead scripting for Offer Logic and new selector/configurator tech stack.
• Drive end-to-end quality checks for Product Selector/Configurator deliverables.
• Own internal trainings to reduce dependency on external CoE teams.
• Collaborate with global teams to optimize selector workflows for customer experience.
