Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Technical Lead for Offer Logic in France. You will drive end-to-end technical design, scripting, and governance for the Product Selector and Product Configurator, reducing external dependencies and ensuring scalable, high-quality offer logic solutions aligned with customer needs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop standardized procedures, and collaborate with the Digital CoE to reuse scripts for Power Products. Fluency in English and French is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven mastery of product selector design and SAP variant configuration.
• Hands-on developer with scripting in Python/JavaScript and modeling for enterprise software.
• Experience with PIM systems, SAP configuration, and publication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level offer specs into precise technical documents and governance.
• Lead scripting and modeling for new Offer Logic tech stack and validation.
• Own in-house knowledge, provide technical training, and ensure quality checks.
• Optimize selector workflows to improve customer experience and adoptions.
• Collaborate with global teams and act as technical liaison for governance.
