Lead of Analytics Marketing UA team

Job Description

Together with a talented team of data analysts and scientists, you will extract actionable insights from our vast marketing and in-game data, helping drive game growth and enhance marketing profitability and efficiency.

What it means on a daily basis

1. Develop an in-depth understanding of our data warehouse focusing on marketing and game tracking data.
2. Become an expert in our marketing data dimensions and measurement definitions.
3. Conduct comprehensive 360-degree analyses to provide timely data-driven answers to key stakeholder questions.
4. Translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations for marketing and game teams.
5. Leverage statistical analysis to optimize marketing testing methodologies and outcomes.
6. Manage and level up a small team of marketing analysts.

Who you will be working with

As part of our Global Data Science and Analytics team, you'll lead a talented team of two data analysts and work closely with our marketing verticals, including User Acquisition (UA), Influencer Marketing, and Studio Marketing Activation.

You will report directly to the Head of Data.

• You pay strong attention to data quality and have a passion for deep quantitative analysis.
• A genuine passion for gaming and the gaming industry.

What You Need to Succeed

• Gaming or mobile experience is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of professional experience, with 2 years as a team lead.
• Expertise in SQL (BigQuery), crafting complex and efficient queries.
• Proficiency in Python and R.
• Proven ability in creating clear and impactful data visualizations and dashboards using data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with key marketing metrics (CPI, RoAS, creative optimization) and channels.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and its applications in marketing and user acquisition.
• Fluent in English, with good presentation and communication skills.
