MLabs is seeking a Lead Mobile Engineer to drive the user-facing side of its mobile platform. You will design, build, and refine iOS and Android apps, while shaping SDKs and developer tools for a secure, scalable mobile ecosystem.

Bring deep React Native experience, native Swift/Kotlin knowledge, and a strong UX focus. You will own projects end-to-end in a remote-first environment with flexible hours and optional office access.

Competenze

• 8+ years in mobile software engineering with leadership experience.
• Expert in React Native; native iOS/Android knowledge (Swift/Kotlin).
• Experience shipping fintech or Web3/onchain mobile apps with secure UX.

Mansioni

• Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and development of iOS and Android mobile applications.
• Own product features through every stage of the software development lifecycle, from concept to launch and iteration.
• Refine cross-platform SDKs/frameworks to support scalable integrations.
• Implement fintech-grade UX and bank-grade security for mobile wallets.
• Establish high engineering standards for performance, code quality, security, and mobile architecture.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to rapidly deliver user-centric features.
• Maintain technical docs, perform code reviews, and mentor team members.
