Job summary

Circana is seeking a Director-level Software Engineer to lead mobile app development for Android and iOS. You will own architecture, drive end-to-end delivery, and mentor a distributed team across Europe and India.

You will translate product requirements into scalable solutions, oversee code quality, performance, and CI/CD, and partner with product, design, QA, and backend teams to ship high-impact features in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

8+ years of app development experience with leadership responsibilities.
Experience leading Android and iOS app development and app store releases.
Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication; able to coordinate with distributed teams across Europe and India.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

Designing, building and leading mobile applications for iOS and Android.
Maintaining code quality and modular architecture across platforms.
Lead end-to-end development and releases, coordinating with product, design, QA and back-end teams.
Mentor and grow the technical capability of the mobile team.
Promote best practices in testing, CI/CD, and performance optimization.
