Qualifications

• Must be a qualified lawyer with 7+ years post-qualification experience.
• Prior experience managing a team and developing talent.
• Strong understanding of legal technology and AI tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a high-trust Legal Engineers team with clear performance expectations.
• Ensure high standards in demos, discovery, and deal support.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, GTM and Product to inform strategy.
• Engage with prospective clients to understand workflows and address needs.
• Lead product demos tailored to various law practice areas and clients.
