L’Oréal Finance & Legal is seeking a Principal Legal & Compliance Counsel for O+O Commerce in Île-de-France. You will shape legal architecture for digital and physical commerce, negotiate strategic partnerships, and ensure compliance across multi‑jurisdictional platforms.

You will partner early with business teams to evaluate innovative initiatives, share best practices with the global legal network, and translate complex rules into actionable strategies.

Qualifications

• Expertise in digital & commercial law, including e‑commerce and cross‑border activities.
• Strong regulatory compliance knowledge across global data privacy standards.
• Ability to lead complex, multi‑jurisdictional legal projects with a business focus.

Responsibilities

• Shape O+O Commerce Legal Architecture: structure and negotiate strategic partnerships, commercial contracts, and other frameworks with global trade partners.
• Co-pilot Upstream Innovation: partner early with key business teams to evaluate feasibility of new initiatives.
• Upskill and support the Global Network: act as the referent expert on digital platform regulations and best practices.
