Betclic Group is seeking a Head of Internal Fraud to lead the Internal Fraud team and shape the global fraud control framework from its Bordeaux base. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on risk management, data analysis and reporting to senior management.

You will drive continuous improvement, design action plans, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure robust internal controls across the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a senior internal fraud/control role.
• Strong strategic and organisational vision with transversal collaboration.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
• Rigorous, proactive, and tech/business aware.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead, define and deploy the Internal Fraud roadmap and framework based on business risks.
• Manage the Internal Fraud team and reporting.
• Define and support action plans and audit reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate process reviews to assess control effectiveness and map risks.
• Extract/analyze data to detect anomalies and monitor KPIs.
• Develop monitoring dashboards and support regulatory action plans.
• Drive continuous improvement of audit methodologies and practices.
