Job summary

Betclic Group is seeking a Head of Data Product in Bordeaux to lead a growing team of Data Product Owners and coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and business leaders. You will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of data products and align them with strategic business objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of data platforms and analytics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading data product management or product management for data-driven products.
• Experience coaching and developing a team of Product Owners or similar professionals.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate with multiple stakeholders across the business.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics and data products.
• Experience with dashboards, data pipelines, APIs and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a growing team of Data Product Owners.
• Set clear objectives and coordinate capacity across the team.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of Data Products from discovery to adoption.
• Shape and communicate the vision and strategy for Data Products.
• Coordinate with Data Science and Data Engineering teams and manage dependencies.
• Define success metrics and track adoption and quality of data products.
