What You'll Be Doing:- develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract high-quality leads and expand the sales pipeline;
- identify and contact potential clients through email and LinkedIn, categorize leads, assess their needs and potential;
- work closely with the sales team to align lead generation efforts and refine targeting criteria, ensuring consistency across departments;
- research new business opportunities for cooperation, laying the groundwork for potential strategic initiatives.
Your Skills:- advanced English and fluency in Ukrainian;
- experience in lead generation with proven results;
- strong analytical skills, capable of working with statistics and drawing data-driven insights;
- experience developing successful outbound sales hypotheses with specific validation KPIs and timelines;
- excellent business communication and argumentation skills;
- high productivity, self-motivation, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
