Qualifications

• 6+ ans d'expérience en développement web, préférence pour des startups.
• Expérience en intégration d'APIs REST/gRPC.
• Connaissance des systèmes de conception et des bibliothèques de composants.

Responsabilités

• Diriger le cycle de vie des fonctionnalités frontales, de la conception technique au déploiement.
• Développer des applications web évolutives et maintenir la performance.

As a Lead Frontend Developer at cozycozy, you’ll take the lead on shaping and scaling the frontend of a product used by millions of travelers. You’ll own the front-end architecture, drive key technical decisions, and work closely with product and design to deliver smooth, high-performance experiences across web and mobile. You’ll also mentor junior developers and help raise the overall bar for code quality and UX.

Main Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of frontend features, from technical design to production rollout

• Develop and maintain scalable web application features, ensuring high performance, modular architecture, and adherence to best practices across the codebase

• Design and develop intuitive, accessible, and usable UIs for AI-driven features

• Drive the evolution of our design system and component libraries, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and pixel-perfect implementation

• Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative learning environment inside the frontend team.

• Collaborate with our design, product, and backend teams to deliver user-focused, timely, robust, and high-performance applications

• Troubleshoot production issues, participate in peer reviews, write meaningful tests, and maintain up-to-date documentation

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Web development and performance engineering.

Requirements

• 6+ years as a backend or full-stack engineer (frontend-focused), preferably in startups or scale-ups, with at least 2 years in a lead role

• Fluency in modern frontend languages like TypeScript

• Extensive experience developing frontend application with Angular and Rxjs for reactive programming

• Demonstrated experience integrating REST/gRPC APIs

• Solid understanding of data layers and GTM configuration

• Strong understanding of modern HTML/CSS and responsive web design principles

• In-depth knowledge of the browser DOM, async code and HTTP request/response lifecycle

• Proven track record building design systems and component libraries

• A product mindset and a strong UX intuition — you think in terms of user impact, not just code

• Fluent in English
  

Bonus points

• Experience with React and/or React-Native

• Experience in the travel tech space,large-scale search platforms or high-traffic platforms
