Job summary

Scento, Europe's largest perfume decant website, seeks a Lead Fragrance Curator based in Paris to curate its catalogue of over 1,000 designer and niche perfumes and shape the brand's fragrance voice with press and the community.

You will decide which houses and launches join the catalogue, track key releases, and craft notes, comparisons and buying guides to educate and inspire customers. This role combines curation with storytelling across Paris and Europe.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in perfumery, fragrance retail, fragrance buying or fragrance journalism.
• Encyclopaedic knowledge of designer and niche perfume houses.
• Excellent writing in English and French.
• Perfume training such as ISIPCA or the Grasse Institute of Perfumery is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Curate Scento's catalogue of over 1,000 perfumes and decide which new houses join.
• Track releases and trends from major houses and niche brands.
• Write and approve olfactory content: notes, accords, perfume families, comparisons and buying guides.
• Build discovery through curated sets, calendars and seasonal edits.
• Be Scento's fragrance voice with press, creators and the community in Paris.
