Job summary

Acne Studios in Paris seeks a Fabric & Trim Manager for Women’s Wear to lead development from concept to production. You will collaborate with Design and Raw Material Buying to translate creative ideas into material solutions while balancing quality, cost, and sustainability within deadlines.

Reporting to the Director of Scarves & Fabrics, you will manage budgets, ensure PLM data integrity, and establish strong supplier partnerships.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in fabric and trim development within luxury fashion or premium brands.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken). Italian is a merit.
• Experience working with PLM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead fabric and trim development for Women’s Wear, from concept through production.
• Translate creative concepts into material and trim solutions with Design.
• Manage development with Raw Material Buying and monitor budgets.
• Maintain PLM data, material cards and development archives.
• Ensure material quality, durability, and sustainability targets.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships and conduct regular supplier visits.
