Ersilia in Paris is seeking a Game Designer to join our team with a hybrid work model. You will lead design quality across live games, coach designers, and collaborate with the Game Design Manager to raise player experiences.

You will apply a strong sense of progression, retention, and monetization, use data to drive decisions, and help evolve casual games toward midcore systems while improving tools and workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience designing F2P mobile games.
• Strong understanding of progression systems, economies, retention, and monetization.
• Curiosity for the market and new tools.
• Experience running live casual games.
• Strong analytical skills and using data in design decisions.

Responsabilités

• Lead design quality and consistency across live games.
• Coach a talented team of designers, helping them grow their skills.
• Collaborate effectively with teammates and maintain clear design practices.
• Maintain market awareness and draw inspiration from top F2P games.
• Improve tools, workflows, and processes that make the design team more effective.
