You will partner closely with the Game Director, drive coaching, foster data-driven decision making, and guide progression systems, retention and monetization for free-to-play mobile titles.

• 8+ years of experience designing F2P mobile games
• Experience as a Lead Designer or Design Manager
• Strong understanding of progression systems, economies, retention, and monetization
• Supportive and coaching mindset
• Curiosity for the market and new tools
• Experience on running live casual games
• Strong analytical skills and using data in design decisions
• Interest in evolving casual games toward deeper midcore systems
