Motorola Solutions Germany GmbH is seeking a Pre-Sales Technical Architect to engage with customers across Europe, understand requirements, and design technology-based solutions. The role involves coordinating bid efforts, presenting designs, and supporting procurement with quotations, including complex systems integration with third-party content.

Required are a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, knowledge of land mobile radio technologies, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a Pre-Sales technical role, including tender answering.
• Generic knowledge about radio communications.
• Ability to initiate and build solid working relationships and to be self-motivated.
• English is mandatory; other European languages desirable.

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers to understand problems and requirements.
• Analyze complex requirements to propose technology and service offerings.
• Design high-level designs and BOMs with documentation and review processes.
• Present solution designs and implementation possibilities to customers.
• Lead technical sales activities and coordinate with the bid team.
• Provide Pre-Sales support for Europe, including non-EU countries.
