Une entreprise innovante en pleine croissance recherche un Lead Developer Python pour rejoindre son équipe à Paris. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience significative en développement backend, notamment avec Python et Django, ainsi qu'un fort sens des responsabilités techniques et du leadership. Vous contribuerez au développement de leur application phare et serez impliqué dans l'animation et la structuration de l'équipe technique. Des compétences en management et un bon niveau en français et en anglais sont requis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-6 ans d'expérience en développement backend, avec Python.
• Expertise dans Django (2 ans en production).
• Capacité à prendre des décisions architecturales et à structurer le code.

Responsabilités

• Supervision opérationnelle de trois développeurs backend.
• Contribution aux choix d'architecture technique avec le CTO.
• Mentorat technique pour les développeurs juniors.

LEAD DEVELOPER PYTHON - PARIS (75)

Salary: 70-90K€

This innovative and rapidly growing company is developing a high-impact solution. Their flagship product, a mobile application used directly by end customers, is currently undergoing technical structuring.

VOTRE RÔLE

1. Code review, definition, and improvement of backend processes
2. Technical animation of the backend team (without HR responsibilities)
3. Operational supervision of three backend developers
4. Contribution to technical architecture choices in collaboration with the CTO, Head of Engineering, and Product Manager
5. Participation in the team structuring strategy, including future recruitment of individual contributors
6. Active involvement in developing new backend features
7. Ensure the quality, performance, and stability of the application
8. Share best development practices, provide technical mentorship, and support junior developers

VOTRE PROFIL

1. Minimum 5 to 6 years of backend development experience, with Python APIs
2. Strong expertise in Django (at least 2 years of production experience)
3. Good understanding of performance issues, especially in real-time
4. Experience in scale-up or startup environments
5. Ability to make architectural decisions, structure code, and define processes
6. Strong team-oriented mindset and knowledge sharing skills
7. Natural leadership and initiative
8. Rigour, autonomy, and technical curiosity
9. Good interpersonal skills to interact with product, technical, and business teams
10. Higher technical education, such as engineering schools (EPITA, Epitech, etc.)
11. Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written
