Description du poste

We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer to take on newly assigned managerial responsibilities within our product team, Brand Payment and Indirect Procurement.

This role involves hands-on development and team leadership to ensure high-quality software delivery while mentoring the team.

The product team operates within the Operation domain and the Corporate Services tribe (Finance & HR). Its goal is to provide a centralized platform for managing and sharing B2B financial data with SAP S/4Hana Cloud.

You will work closely with our business to improve our B2B financial cockpit and participate in future enhancements, especially in response to European law changes.

TASKS
Technical Leadership :
  • Define and apply development standards, architectural guidelines, and coding practices in collaboration with tech leads and architects.
  • Ensure code quality through automated testing and code reviews.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Ensure high performance and scalability of solutions, considering user experience and business needs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product owners, designers, QA) to align development efforts with product and business goals.
  • Establish technical guidelines based on business needs, in collaboration with the team and stakeholders.
  • Select appropriate technologies for product development.
  • Ensure adherence to development guidelines, DevOps, and QA practices.
Team Leadership :
  • Manage workload and priorities across the team.
  • Lead and support the development team to ensure project success.
  • Mentor developers to enhance skills and promote best practices.
  • Facilitate team meetings to ensure effective communication.
  • Participate in HR cycles and define & assess OKRs with coaching support.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members to review progress and address challenges.
MUST HAVE Skills
  • Proven experience as a lead developer with managerial responsibilities.
  • Strong technical expertise in software development, DevOps, and QA practices.
  • Leadership experience in guiding and mentoring developers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Deep knowledge of architecture standards and coding practices.
  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
  • Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ, .NET, C#, REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with cloud tools, unit and integration testing.
  • Fluent in English, proactive, and motivated to grow.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, DDD, F# or functional programming, monitoring tools like Grafana/Prometheus, observability with ELK, and Copilot.
