We are seeking talented professionals for an ambitious agile-at-scale program (Feature Teams organization), mainly based in Paris and Bucharest, as we accelerate our digital and product transformation.

Our focus is on Cloud Native capabilities and best practices, operating as a multi-tribe product team to better serve our customers and employees. We are leading in establishing “FinTech Product” ways of working at Edenred.

OUR PROGRAM ENGINEERING TEAM

• Establish a unified tooling ecosystem based on Atlassian tools
• Learn from past incidents to improve systems
• Design features with reliability and availability in mind
• Promote knowledge management to empower teams
• Encourage rotation between Build and Run to ensure accountability
• Focus on API & Microservices using C# / .Net
• Utilize DataDogs and OpsGenie for observability and alerting
• Use Jira for product and service management
