Job Description

Join Altrad, a company with over a hundred years of industry leadership, as we embark on a significant infrastructure project. We are seeking experienced Project and Programme Managers for strategic roles within our multi-million pound infrastructure programme.

The responsibilities include:

  1. Managing all construction operations to ensure safety and risk mitigation.
  2. Overseeing subcontractors and construction activities to meet productivity and quality standards.
  3. Leading construction teams and subcontractors to meet technical specifications.
  4. Handling industrial relations issues in accordance with company procedures.
  5. Communicating site activities and corrective actions to the management team and subcontractors.
  6. Resolving technical queries and managing construction engineering solutions, including change requests.
  7. Motivating, coaching, training, and developing team members.

We welcome candidates with a strong construction management background, particularly from infrastructure, utilities, power generation, or defense sectors. Experience with collaborative joint ventures and NEC framework agreements is advantageous.
