The service holder shall be involved in the ABSHERON FFD FEED and will be in charge of all the technical safety studies in particular process safety engineering and related operational requirements, including company and international standards (e.g., NFPA, API). The service holder will provide company-wide technical guidance and assistance during design-related to CPF facilities for adequacy of design, operations and maintenance. The service holder will initiate and participate in studies to resolve specific problems outside currently available technology. During FEED, the service holder will oversee the performance of the FEED CTR on time and on budget FEED deliverable submission for her or his scope of work and as well actively participate in the EPC CFT preparation. The service holder could as well be involved during the current pre-feed extension. The service holder will perform this work in accordance with JOCAP and the Client OneTech and Project rules, guidelines and procedures.
The service holder must possess strong experience in technical safety, and be able to identify, control and manage risks related to her or his scope of work and highlight any opportunities. This includes adhering to the Company Code of Conduct, Vision, Values and Behaviours, as supported by the Safe System of Working including Accountability of Safety. The Service holder shall:
The Absheron Conventional Gas & Condensates field is located offshore Azerbaijan Republic in the Caspian Sea in 500 meters depth, at about 100km southeast of Baku, 25km north-east of Shah Deniz field and 34km south of Oil Rocks production and processing facilities. The project aims at supplying natural gas for both domestic market via Sangachal main facilities (condensate) and for international export market via the South Caucasus Pipeline (SCP).
