We are expanding our Consulting Services team and seeking Lead CE Consultants to join us on this exciting journey and be part of the Hitachi Solutions family.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Implement and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
  2. Analyze front office processes (sales, marketing, and customer service) to identify improvement opportunities
  3. Gather and understand client functional requirements
  4. Perform gap analysis between client requirements and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE functionality
  5. Configure the application to meet client needs using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Customization Tool, Workflow Tool, or SDK
  6. Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without custom development
  7. Understand out-of-the-box and custom code capabilities and limitations
  8. Create technical specifications
  9. Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM and other applications, such as back-office/ERP systems
  10. Train client personnel on Microsoft Dynamics CRM usage and administration (both functional and technical training)
  11. Develop high-level project work plans
  12. Provide technical support to existing CRM clients
  13. Lead technical discussions with clients
  14. Develop data conversion and testing strategies
  15. Staff development and coaching
  16. Execute responsibilities in alignment with Hitachi Solution Europe Ltd’s Quality Management Policy

Qualifications

  1. Experience in CRM forms, screens, views, workflows, and reports development
  2. Ability to design CRM systems, customizations, portals, and reports
  3. CRM development or integration best practices
  4. Data migration and mapping using SQL Integration Services, Scribe, or Web Services
  5. Experience with SQL Reporting Services
  6. Knowledge of SharePoint Services
  7. Minimum 3 years experience with any CRM solution
  8. Training on Dynamics CRM will be part of onboarding
  9. Proficiency in English
