Huawei Technologies France SASU in Nice leads a camera R&D initiative focused on next‑generation imaging.as a key member of the European Research Institute, you’ll drive pixel reconstruction research and collaborate with optics, sensing, processing, and display teams to push imaging quality.

You will own the roadmap for core imaging algorithms, lead end-to-end validation, and mentor engineers across global teams, delivering flagship mobile imaging features powered by Huawei AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in mobile imaging systems.
• Experience designing and deploying modern computational imaging algorithms.
• Strong experience optimizing imaging algorithms for embedded hardware.
• Proven leadership with mentoring senior engineers and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the technical authority for pixel reconstruction algorithms across ISP, sensor, optics, and AI imaging pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose next-generation imaging solutions.
• Define and drive the roadmap for core computational imaging algorithms (denoising, super-resolution, bokeh, multi-frame fusion).
• Propose HW/Soc architecture solutions with analysis of power, performance, area, latency, and image quality trade-offs.
• Lead end-to-end validation of pixel reconstruction innovations from concept to prototype and benchmarking.
• Continuously evaluate and integrate state-of-the-art algorithms for embedded imaging and video processing.
• Mentor senior engineers and collaborate with global multidisciplinary teams.
