Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct general and basic social compliance assessments following LRQA procedures and client expectations outlined in Field Instruction (FI).
• Deliver high-quality reports in line with LRQA and client standards within established timelines.
• Maintain knowledge of LRQA assessment procedures and local labor laws.
• Coordinate with internal team members such as trainers, coordinators, and administrators.
• Collaborate with co-assessors during on-site assessments and reporting.
• Adhere to company policies on integrity and confidentiality.
• Ensure schedule adherence, maintain professionalism on-site, and prevent misconduct such as bribery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education and Experience:
  University degree (graduate level or higher) in Labor Law, Human Resources, Social Work, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environmental Studies. Relevant professional experience aligning with LRQA auditor expectations.
• Legal and Industry Knowledge:
  Deep understanding of relevant international, national, and local labor laws and standards. Cultural sensitivity and regional awareness are essential.

Auditing Skills:
Experience in supplier compliance assessments, including confidential worker interviews, employment record reviews, and wage testing, with familiarity with APSCA standards (CSCA and ASCA certifications).

• Languages:
  Fluent in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both. Proficiency in Italian is mandatory.
• Travel and Time Management:
  Willingness to travel extensively, with excellent time management skills and ability to work independently under varying conditions.
