Voodoo is seeking an experienced Art Director to lead the visual direction of a high-potential midcore mobile title. You will own the artistic vision, establish cohesive style across UI, characters, environments, and effects, and mentor a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced studio.

You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure visuals align with gameplay goals, contribute hands-on on key assets, and push a player-centric design approach supported by live data and playtesting

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Lead Artist on at least one shipped mobile title.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of a game's visual identity.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the overall artistic vision for the game.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary art team.
• Collaborate with GM to align visuals with gameplay intent.
• Develop visual style guides and asset pipelines.
• Hands-on contribution to key art assets as needed.
• Champion player-centric visual design using live data and playtests.
