Sia, a global management consulting group, seeks an experienced Solution Architect for its AI Platforms team in Paris. You will be the technical authority on client engagements, translate complex business needs into scalable data and AI architectures, and work with CIOs and engineering leads to ensure secure, compliant, and cost-aware solutions.

You will also contribute to pre-sales scoping, build technical proposals, mentor engineers, and help shape internal accelerators.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in solution architecture, cloud architecture, or senior engineering with design responsibilities.
• Fluent in French; professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Define end-to-end technical architecture for data and AI projects across cloud, ML/DL, and generative AI domains.
• Lead architecture reviews and governance forums to ensure quality across workstreams.
• Act as technical lead for client stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Oversee projects from advisory and prototyping to production deployment.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal IP and reference architectures.
