Within our Marketing Solutions business, we are looking for a Senior Account Director to join our team to help us realize our goal of empowering businesses to reach, engage, and convert their professional audiences at scale.

As an Account Director on the Enterprise Solutions Group team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering sales strategies driven by data and your experience to bring LinkedIn's digital marketing solutions to strategic and high-potential customers (Financial Services). By being their trusted advisor, you will help our clients realize their growth plans by connecting them to expanding opportunities among our members.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage relationships with high-potential LinkedIn Marketing Solutions customers, working closely with C-levels, top executives, and decision-makers.
  2. Lead as a rigorous business manager who maps out and executes on commercial opportunities for a portfolio of clients over the next 6-12 months.
  3. Work closely with a Client Solutions Manager partner to deliver a consultative sales approach that meets each client's business and marketing objectives.
  4. Identify new business opportunities and new buying groups within the existing customer base for LMS offerings.
  5. Lead with insights through smart client research, industry-specific information, and trends.
  6. Create and manage a tiered service approach for your clients to deliver growth in your portfolio.
  7. Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall team goals.
  8. Contribute to client events; travel may be required up to 20%.

Qualifications

  1. Basic Qualifications:
  2. 8 years of experience in client-facing roles with internal or external stakeholder management experience.
  3. 5 years of work experience in digital marketing, media sales, account management, or a related function.
  4. 5 years of experience in a sales quota-carrying role.
  5. Fluency in both verbal and written English and French.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience and knowledge of the Financial Services industry.
  2. Fluency in an additional language—Dutch, Italian, Spanish, French, Hebrew, German, or a Nordic language.
  3. BA/BS degree in marketing or a related field.
  4. Experience with digital platforms and reporting within a portfolio.
  5. Ability to drive value for customers through data storytelling and insights.
  6. Knowledge of online advertising technology and Account-Based Marketing, with the ability to explain it simply.
  7. Proven communication skills across multiple channels (virtual meetings, phone, email).
  8. Experience building relationships with senior decision-makers.
  9. Proven ability to manage a sizable volume of clients/accounts.
  10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  11. Highly organized and structured.
