Job summary

Novastone Capital Advisors (NCA) seeks a motivated, mid‑career professional to partner with us to search, acquire and lead a small or mid‑sized enterprise as CEO in France, under the OLBO program. You will spearhead a 24‑month professional search with our support and an attractive base compensation and vested shares.

This is a senior, entrepreneurship‑driven role requiring 15+ years of experience, MBA, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles with full P&L responsibility.
• MBA/Executive MBA preferred.
• Min 10+ years proven track record running/growing businesses or business units in France.

Responsibilities

• Establish a search process with defined criteria to generate deal flow.
• Manage the acquisition process with support from our Investment Management team.
• Step into the CEO role of the acquired business.
• Proactively develop growth strategies and 100-day plans.
• Grow top line via marketing and sales initiatives.
• Review offerings and brand positioning to identify gaps and improvements.
• Manage geographic expansion and market entry strategies.
• Ensure profitability and efficiency of the business.
