Job summary

Novastone Capital Advisors (NCA) seeks an ambitious mid-career professional to partner with NCA to search, acquire and lead a small or medium-sized enterprise as Chief Executive Officer in France.

You will spearhead a 24-month OLBO search, supported by our Investment Management team, and transition into the CEO role of the acquired company with an attractive compensation package and vested shares.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years in leadership and full P&L responsibility.
• Executive MBA or MBA degree preferred.
• Min. 10+ years running/growing businesses in France.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Deep expertise in one or more sectors: Business Services, Software/Tech-Enabled, Distribution & Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Establish a search process to generate deal flow per criteria.
• Manage the acquisition process with Investment Management support.
• Step into the CEO role of the acquired business.
• Develop long-term strategy and 100-day plans.
• Grow the business top line via marketing and sales initiatives.
• Review offerings and expand into new markets with improvements.
• Lead market-entry strategies and ensure profitable growth.
