About BYD France

BYD France is the national sales company representing BYD BV Europe and BYD Co., Ltd. It offers a range of electric vehicles, including cars, buses, and forklifts. As BYD expands its operations in France, it aims to support a growing portfolio of electric passenger cars and light commercial vehicles (LCVs).

Key Objectives & Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing business strategies to drive sales and market expansion for light commercial vehicles.
  2. Sales & Business Development: Managing sales targets, establishing partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the LCV sector.
  3. Product & Market Analysis: Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  4. Dealer & Network Management: Overseeing the dealer network and maintaining strong relationships with distribution partners.
  5. Operational Efficiency: Coordinating with supply chain, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
  6. Financial & Budgeting Responsibilities: Managing budgets, pricing strategies, and profitability for the LCV segment.
  7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, aftersales, R&D, and corporate teams to align strategies.
  8. Regulatory Compliance & Standards: Ensuring all LCV operations comply with local and international regulations.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the LCV sector.
  • Strong strategic and operational skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and French.
