A leading company in France seeks an experienced in-house lawyer to join their Legal & Compliance Department. The role involves drafting and negotiating contracts, providing legal advice, and supporting various departments in compliance matters. Candidates must possess a French Law qualification and have at least 5 years of relevant experience. Fluency in both French and English is essential.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an in-house lawyer or law firm.
• Full proficiency in French and English.
• Strong commercial sense and pragmatism.

Please upload your resume in English version.The position will include the following tasks:# Legal Advice and Research on Laws and Regulations.# Draft, Review and Negotiate a wide variety of national and international contracts.# Drafting of Guidelines, Policies and Templates.# Review of Marketing Material and Marketing and Retail Campaigns.# Communication with Regulatory Authorities.# Coordination of disputes and claims, including managing external counsels.# Support in promoting the Compliance Program.# Support and advice to the finance, tax, sales and HR department.# Liaise with the HQ Legal Team.# Assist in the further development of the Legal & Compliance Department.Job Requirements：# French Law qualification.# Minimum 5 years of experience gained as an in-house lawyer or as a lawyer in a law firm in advising business clients.# Full proficiency in French and English.# Strong commercial sense and pragmatism.# Being able to prioritize and handle tight deadlines.
