Are you ready to take on a challenging role at the heart of a global group in transformation? Join us as a Lawyer specialized in Business Law & Compliance contributing to strategic projects while helping drive legal excellence and ethical leadership across our organization.

About the Role

As part of the Trust & Ethics Direction within the Group Legal Department you will play a vital role in ensuring the legal and compliance framework of our commercial and industrial activities worldwide in close collaborations with our local lawyers (headquarters and subsidiaries).

This position offers an exciting opportunity to support a team undergoing transformation, take on unique challenges and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

Legal Advisory & Contract Management

  • Provide expert legal advice to commercial and industrial operational teams. Advise on and support the negotiation and drafting of diverse agreements (e.g. distribution contracts, industrial supply agreements, CAPEX contracts, raw material purchases, subcontractor agreements, real-estate agreements).
  • Ensure the proper execution of contracts and the alignment of client / supplier relationships including reviewing terms & conditions, formalizing negotiations and monitoring disputes.
  • Support the negotiation and contractual structuring of strategic partnerships particularly in innovation-related matters ensuring legal robustness and alignment with the companys business objectives.

Compliance Program Implementation

  • Support the Group's compliance programs: ethics, anti-corruption & third-party evaluation, competition law, duty of care, embargo.

Risk Monitoring & Litigation Support

  • Conduct legal monitoring (international regulation, jurisprudence updates) and assist with sensitive cases or disputes involving the Group.
Your Profile

Education & Experience

  • Advanced degree in International Business Law and / or International Contract Law (Masters / LLM or equivalent).
  • At least 5 years of legal experience within the legal department of an international corporation or a law firm, ideally in the FMCG sector.
  • Expertise in competition law is a strong asset.

Languages

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Additional language skills are a plus.
