AXA Investment Managers recherche un avocat(e) pour rejoindre son équipe juridique au sein de la division Alts - Real Estate. Dans ce rôle, vous travaillerez étroitement avec les équipes de financement et de gestion de fonds, en apportant des conseils juridiques et réglementaires, tout en participant à la structuration et à la négociation de contrats juridiques pour divers produits d'investissement complexes.

Qualifications

• 3 à 5 ans d'expérience post-diplôme (PQE) en structuration de fonds.
• Expérience en droit financier ou immobilier est un plus.

Responsabilités

• Rédaction et négociation de documents juridiques pour de nouveaux produits d'investissement.
• Gestion des relations avec les régulateurs (AMF, CSSF).

As a future Lawyer, you will report to the Co-Head of Legal Fund Structuring and be part of AXA IM Alts - Real Estate.

Work as part of a global legal team providing legal and regulatory advice to specialist investment teams, mainly fund management within Real Estate, Infrastructure, CRE debt, and Infrastructure debt. The role involves supporting corporate finance functions in legal, regulatory, and contractual aspects of fund structuring and investment activities, ensuring harmonization across different jurisdictions and identifying proactive solutions to mitigate legal, regulatory, and reputational risks globally.

Your role and responsibilities will include:

1. Collaborating with legal team colleagues to assist Fund Management and corporate finance teams in Paris and London.
2. Understanding various fund types across jurisdictions.
3. Drafting, negotiating, and advising on legal and contractual documentation for new investment products, including separate account mandates and collective investment vehicles like AIFs (RAIFs, FPS, OPCI, etc.).
4. Drafting and negotiating agreements related to business activities, such as investment management, delegation, advisory, financing, servicing agreements, and prospectuses.
5. Assisting with the choice of investment structures in cooperation with external lawyers, advising on fund structures in France, Luxembourg, Ireland, or the UK.
6. Understanding distribution and marketing rules for funds in various jurisdictions, reviewing marketing materials and press releases.
7. Managing relationships with regulators and authorities (AMF, CSSF, etc.).
8. Contributing to ad-hoc projects, complex transactions, and cross-functional initiatives.
9. Monitoring legal and regulatory developments affecting AXA IM Alts - Real Assets.
10. Managing external legal counsel.
11. Supporting litigation matters as needed.

Education / Qualifications

• French or Luxembourg qualified lawyer.
• 3 to 5 years PQE.

Experience / Skills

• Experience through internships, alternance, or at an international law firm in fund structuring, finance, securitization, real estate, or project finance.
