Avec 3 à 5 ans d'expérience et une qualification en droit, il travaillera dans un environnement international, en collaboration avec des équipes multiculturelles.

Qualifications

• Avocat français ou luxembourgeois.
• 3 à 5 ans d'expérience PQE.
• Expérience dans un cabinet d'avocats international spécialisée.

Responsabilités

• Collaborer avec l'équipe juridique pour aider la gestion des fonds.
• Rédiger et négocier des documents légaux.
• Gérer les relations avec les régulateurs.

As a future Lawyer, you will report to the Co-Head of Legal Fund Structuring and be part of AXAIM Alts - Real Estate.

Work as part of a global legal team providing legal and regulatory advice to specialist investment teams, mainly fund management within Real Estate, Infrastructure, CRE debt, and Infrastructure debt. The role involves supporting corporate finance functions in legal, regulatory, and contractual aspects of fund structuring and investment activities, ensuring harmonization of practices across different business activities and countries, evaluating impacts of decisions, and identifying solutions to mitigate legal, regulatory, and reputational risks globally.

Your role and responsibilities will include

• Collaborating with legal team colleagues to assist Fund Management and corporate finance teams in Paris and London.
• Understanding various fund types across jurisdictions.
• Drafting, negotiating, and advising on legal and contractual documentation for new investment products, including separate account mandates and collective investment vehicles like AIFs (RAIFs, FPS, OPCI).
• Drafting and negotiating agreements such as investment management, delegation, advisory, financing, servicing agreements, and prospectuses.
• Advising on investment structures and selecting appropriate fund structures in France and abroad (Luxembourg, Ireland, UK).
• Understanding distribution and marketing rules, reviewing related materials and press releases.
• Managing relationships with regulators such as AMF and CSSF.
• Participating in ad-hoc projects, complex transactions, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Monitoring legal and regulatory developments affecting AXA IM Alts - Real Assets.
• Managing external legal counsel.
• Supporting litigation if necessary.

Education / Qualifications

• French or Luxembourg-qualified lawyer.
• 3 to 5 years PQE.

Experience / Skills

• Experience through internships, alternance, or in an international law firm specializing in fund structuring, finance, securitization, real estate, or project finance.

• Ability to work with diverse, multicultural teams across jurisdictions.
• Assertive and solution-oriented.
