Job Description

1. Provide general legal support to various departments of the company, in different areas of law such as aviation law, commercial law, employment law, regulatory compliance, and data privacy, ensuring all business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations in the respective country.
2. Draft and review a wide range of commercial and supplier contracts, terms and conditions, policies, and follow up on commercial and aviation law issues, including dealings with relevant authorities.
3. Draft and review employment contracts and address employment law issues, including individual and collective matters.
4. Manage commercial, passenger, or HR litigations, and oversee legal aspects of debt recovery proceedings.
5. Identify potential legal risks and provide strategic advice to mitigate these risks, ensuring the company's operations align with legal requirements.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Master's degree in French law.
• Admitted to the French Bar.
• Experience from 1 to 5 years in a legal role at a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
• Experience in both advisory and litigation roles.
• Proficiency in French, Turkish, and English.
• Citizenship or permanent residence in the respective country (the company does not provide or assist with work permits).
• Strong deal-making skills and adaptability in resolving legal issues across different areas of law.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Sense of responsibility and effective decision-making abilities.
• Positive, collaborative, and service-minded attitude.
