The Flywheel is recruiting Founder-in-Residence operators, engineers, and domain experts to build category-defining ventures across Manufacturing, Defence & Security, and Energy & Sustainability in Europe. You will be part of a hands‑on program, validating ideas and launching a new company with structured guidance, capital, and industry access.

The role offers high autonomy and equity rewards, with a pathway to CEO or CTO leadership.

Qualifications

• High agency and capable of building from 0–1
• Track record solving complex problems in industrial domains
• Willingness to own the company end-to-end as CEO or lead tech
• Strong communication and leadership abilities

Responsabilités

• Identify, validate, and build a venture using AI to boost productivity in core domains
• Develop early prototypes with engineering support
• Validate demand, willingness to pay, and profitability pathways
• Lead user research, market tests, and business model development
• Form investment case for NewCo and drive execution toward PMF
