Base360.ai is building the AI operating system for B2C brands. As Entrepreneur in Residence you will identify a major opportunity, build a new product or vertical, assemble a team, validate the market and grow it into a standalone business with revenue and impact.

You will found and lead the venture with backing from experienced founders, engineering, design, and AI resources, and you could become its long‑term GM.

• Identify high-potential opportunities for new products or verticals.
• Validate problems through research and direct conversations with customers.

• Collaborate with engineering, product, design and AI teams to ship quickly.
• Recruit and lead a multidisciplinary team as the venture grows.
• Own growth, product adoption and financial performance.
• Make data-driven decisions and iterate based on feedback.
• Present progress to founders and the executive team.
• Aim to establish the venture as a standalone business or division.
